Thank you for your purchase, we hope your are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you my return it to us for a full refund or exchange - Please see exceptions below and other information pertaining to items that have been personalized / customized - Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be returned within "60" days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, unless due to the products malfunction, damage incurred at no fault to the purchaser
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us to discuss the reason for retruning and the action you would like: as in, a REFUND or a REPLACMENT of the item.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. In most cases of monetary returns, the return is given immediately but we do state that there can be at least 14 days from the return date to process your refund if necessary
EXCEPTIONS
Personalized items can only be REFUNDED or EXCHANGED when the item is malfunctioning or damage incurred at no fault to the purchaser
In some case were there were Personalization or Customization done to the items and an error was make do to the purchasers details given we can take back the item and redo the customization and return the item to the purchaser within 14 days - in some cases there may be a small charge for the alterations
